How to Unlock My Phone

AT&T Phone
An AT&T phone may be the best fit because GreenBridge Wireless data plans are provided through Perch Mobile on the AT&T network. However, activation still depends on IMEI compatibility, lock status, payment status, and whether the phone is blocked or reported lost/stolen.

T-Mobile phones should usually be unlocked before attempting GreenBridge activation. Make sure the device is paid off, the account is in good standing, and the phone is not blocked.
