2. Eligibility

To purchase or activate service, you must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order, submitting activation information, or contacting support.

If you activate service on behalf of another person, you represent that you have authority to do so and accept responsibility for that account and line.

3. Services

GreenBridge Wireless offers mobile-related products and services, including wireless plans, account support, and activation assistance. Service availability, speeds, quality, and feature access may vary based on device capability, location, coverage, network conditions, account status, and other factors outside our direct control.

We may update, modify, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue any feature, plan, offering, website content, or service component at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.

4. Plans, Pricing, and Promotions

Plan features, pricing, data amounts, promotional offers, and service descriptions are subject to change. Prices shown on the website are subject to applicable taxes, fees, regulatory charges, third-party charges, and any other amounts disclosed during checkout or activation.

You are responsible for ensuring that any device you use with GreenBridge Wireless is lawful, compatible, unlocked when required, and in working condition. GreenBridge Wireless does not guarantee that every device will activate or perform identically on every service plan or in every location.

6. Number Transfer and Account Information

If you request to transfer or port an existing number, you authorize GreenBridge Wireless and its service partners to act on your behalf to process that transfer. Number transfers depend on accurate account details, current carrier rules, eligibility, and successful release by your prior provider.

We are not responsible for delays, failures, or losses arising from inaccurate account information, carrier rejection, service interruptions during transfer, or decisions made by a prior provider or third-party service provider.

7. Billing and Payment

You agree to pay all charges associated with your order, plan, activation, taxes, fees, add-ons, and any other amounts due on your account. Payments must be made using an authorized payment method.

If recurring billing or auto-renewal is offered and selected, you authorize GreenBridge Wireless to charge your saved payment method on a recurring basis until canceled in accordance with our current billing procedures.

Failed payments, chargebacks, reversals, suspicious transactions, or unpaid balances may result in delayed activation, suspension, cancellation, restricted account access, or collection activity to the extent permitted by law.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Except where required by law or expressly stated in a published GreenBridge Wireless refund policy, purchases, plan charges, activation charges, and service fees may be non-refundable once processed, activated, renewed, or used.

If you choose to cancel service, you remain responsible for any unpaid charges accrued prior to cancellation. Specific cancellation procedures, timing, and any applicable credits are subject to the policy in effect at the time of cancellation.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree to use GreenBridge Wireless services lawfully and responsibly. Prohibited conduct includes fraud, abuse, unauthorized resale, unlawful harassment, spam, illegal content transmission, network interference, excessive automated activity, circumvention of service limits, or any activity that harms GreenBridge Wireless, its partners, or other users.

We may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend, restrict, or terminate service or access when we reasonably believe these terms or applicable law have been violated.

10. Network Management and Service Limitations

Data speeds, hotspot access, video quality, call performance, messaging functionality, and other service characteristics may vary or be managed based on network demand, plan type, usage levels, device limitations, congestion, maintenance, outages, partner network practices, and other operational conditions.

GreenBridge Wireless does not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific coverage levels, specific speeds, or error-free operation at all times or in all locations.

11. Suspension and Termination

GreenBridge Wireless may suspend, limit, or terminate service or website access for nonpayment, fraud, suspected abuse, inaccurate account information, violation of these terms, security concerns, legal requirements, or operational necessity.

Termination or suspension does not waive your obligation to pay outstanding charges or otherwise comply with obligations that by their nature survive termination.

12. Website Content and Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, graphics, designs, copy, text, layouts, and other materials made available by GreenBridge Wireless are owned by or licensed to GreenBridge Wireless and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
